    How quickly will you come back to me?
    For email enquiries, usually within a few hours during CET business hours. If you book a discovery call, you’ll get a calendar invite within the same day. The full scoped proposal — with a recommended approach, rough timeline, and a fixed price — comes within one business day. We don’t let things sit.
    Do you work on fixed-price contracts, or is it time and materials?
    We prefer fixed price wherever the scope is clear enough to support it — which, after a good discovery session, is most of the time. We’re not fans of the open-ended billing model either, and we’ve seen too many European clients burned by it. That said, for ongoing retainers or exploratory work, a monthly arrangement makes more sense and we offer that too.
    Where is the team actually based? Who will I be working with day-to-day?
    Engineering is done out of our Jaipur office — a team of 150+ developers, designers, and Salesforce consultants. Your day-to-day contact is an EU-based project manager who covers CET hours, handles the compliance side of things, and is actually accountable for the project going well. Not just a relay between you and the delivery team.
    How do you handle GDPR and EU data residency?
    We build it in from the start — data minimisation, EU-region hosting by default, proper DPAs, consent architecture, and a data map you can hand to your DPO. It’s not an afterthought. If the project involves AI, we run it through an EU AI Act risk classification and create the required technical documentation as part of delivery.
    My project is still quite rough. Is it too early to get in touch?
    Not at all — some of the best projects we’ve done started as a half-formed idea. If you know roughly what problem you’re trying to solve, that’s enough for a first conversation. We’re used to helping people think through the options before committing to anything. No one will push you toward a particular technology or scope before you’re ready.
    Do you sign NDAs before the first conversation?
    Yes, if you need one. We have a standard mutual NDA that we can turn around the same day. If you’d rather use your own version, that’s fine too — just send it over before the call. It’s not a big process.
    What’s the minimum project size you work with?
    We tend to be most useful for projects in the €15,000+ range — below that the scoping and handover overhead doesn’t really justify it for either side. That said, if you have something smaller but with clear scope and a realistic view of what it involves, it’s worth a conversation. We won’t waste your time.
