About Emizentech
A software team that’s been doing this since 2013.
Web, mobile, ecommerce and AI — 1200+ projects across 40+ countries. We’re the kind of partner companies tend to keep rather than swap out every year.
The team behind the work
Emizentech is a software company. We started in 2013 building mobile apps and ecommerce stores, and over the last decade we’ve grown into a team of 200-plus engineers, designers and product people working all over the globe. In that time we’ve shipped well over a thousand projects into more than 40 countries.
What we do hasn’t really changed — we build the software businesses run on. Web platforms, mobile apps, online stores, AI tools, the systems that tie all of it together. What has changed is the depth. We’ve made enough of these things, in enough industries, that we usually know where a project will get stuck before it does. That’s the part you can’t fake or fast-track.
The European desk is newer. We set it up because a growing share of our work was coming from EU companies who wanted strong engineering but also wanted someone in their own time zone, billing in euros, who understood the local rules without needing it all explained twice. So that’s what this team is. The same engineering bench behind everything we’ve ever built — just packaged the way European clients actually want to work.
The non-negotiables, written down
Write down the trade-offs
Every recommendation we make has trade-offs. We put them in writing before any code gets touched — you shouldn’t have to chase a second opinion to find out what we didn’t tell you.
Vendor neutral by default
We don’t take referral fees from platform vendors. So when we tell you to scope down, or pick a different platform than the one you came in asking for, it’s the right call — not because someone’s paying us.
Plain talk, no jargon
We explain things the way we’d want them explained to us. If a recommendation can’t survive being said in plain language, it probably wasn’t a good recommendation.
Code stays with you
Source code, infrastructure-as-code, runbooks and docs move to your Git on day one of discovery. We work in your repo, not some private one you’ll have to pry the keys out of us for later.
Twelve years, five turning points
Four people and a lot of ambition
We started small — a handful of engineers building apps and online stores for whoever would have us. The work was good, word got around, and we grew faster than we expected to.
Mobile became a real strength
Apps like ESTETI, Lista and PrivyKart put us on the map for mobile work. Around this time the team crossed 50, and we started picking up clients in the US and the Gulf, not just locally.
Full-stack product company
By now we were doing the whole thing — web, mobile, commerce, CRM, the integrations underneath. The pandemic pushed a lot of businesses online in a hurry, and we were busy. Very busy.
AI stopped being a buzzword for us
We shipped our first production chatbot for a retail client in late 2023. Since then we’ve built a proper AI practice — and learned the hard way which ideas actually earn their keep and which just sound impressive in a deck.
The European desk opens
We launched emizentech.eu with a team set up specifically for EU clients — local point of contact, euro billing, and the regulatory side handled without fuss. Same engineers, different front door.
From rough sketch to daily habit
Over a thousand projects is a lot to scroll through, so here’s a small cross-section. Most started as a sketch or a rough idea and ended up as something real people use every day. The full portfolio lives on emizentech.com.
ESTETI
A property app that digitises your real estate assets — automated financial reporting, visual dashboards, and KPIs that make sense at a glance. Asset management without the spreadsheet headache.
Talking Tomatoes
Fresh vegetables delivered to your door at a time and address you choose. We built the ordering flow, the delivery scheduling, and the bits in between that make doorstep grocery actually work.
PrivyKart
An online food and grocery app focused on one thing: the best price with easy doorstep delivery. Clean, fast, and built to handle a catalogue that keeps growing.
Proshot
A camera app that lets you switch between photo, video and slow-motion using the iPhone volume buttons — or the touch UI if you prefer. A small idea, executed properly.
Podbean Pro
A secure private podcasting app for companies running training and education programmes. Detailed analytics show how each programme is actually landing — not just downloads, but engagement.
Safe Pickup
Built to make the school-pickup process safer and quicker for parents and guardians across the Dominican Republic. Speed and safety were the whole brief, and that’s what we built around.
A decent chunk of our work is repeat or referral
That doesn’t happen by accident — here’s roughly why.
We tell you the truth
If your idea is too big, too expensive, or just not worth doing yet, we’ll say so. Honest beats agreeable in the long run.
We’ve seen it before
A thousand-plus projects means we usually know where things break ahead of time. You’re not paying us to learn on your dime.
The code is yours
Source, infrastructure, docs — it all lives in your repo from day one. No lock-in, no hostage situation if you ever want to move on.
EU-ready when you need it
For European clients: local point of contact, euro billing, and GDPR and the AI Act handled properly — without making the whole engagement about paperwork.
Five locations, one engineering bench
